Servo Drive for Stable Motion Control
The servo motor system provides closed-loop control of position,
speed and torque, helping maintain stable movement during testing.
The drive system is designed for smooth operation at both low and
high speeds and provides rapid response during acceleration and
deceleration.
Precision Ball Screw Transmission
The machine uses a Taiwan ZPT ball screw transmission system for
accurate and stable mechanical movement.
The ball screw structure provides efficient power transmission, low
friction and good positioning repeatability, making it suitable for
controlled tensile, compression and bending test movements.
High-Speed Data Acquisition
The control system uses a 24-bit analog-to-digital acquisition
device with a sampling rate of up to 2,000 measurements per second.
This enables the system to capture rapid changes in force during a
test and process high-resolution measurement data.
The displacement encoder provides a resolution of up to 0.0005 mm
according to the supplied configuration.
Flexible Test Software
The supplied computer software provides test setup, real-time
measurement, curve analysis and report generation.
Users can configure different test projects and select the required
measurement units, control parameters and result items.

The supplied three-point bending fixture is designed according to
the configuration specified for ISO 178 testing.
A large deformation extensometer is also included in the supplied
configuration for deformation measurement.

It can be configured for different test procedures and supports
mechanical property evaluation under tensile, compression, bending,
