Product Overview

Test purpose: To check whether W-type avionics equipment can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a dripping environment. The purpose is to verify the protective performance of the product shell when dripping.
Test principle: The dripping is ensured to meet the standard requirement of 140L/m2/h by controlling the water supply flow. The test equipment can generate uniform water flow on the entire surface of the sample shell.

Power supply: AC220V±5%, 50/60Hz

Use environment: temperature 15-35°C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86～106kpa (860mbar-1060mbar), flat ground, lighting, waterproof leakage switch (or socket), good water inlet and drainage functions

Water source: clean water or tap water without impurities, equipped with water cleaning and filtering device

Liquid temperature monitoring, ambient temperature monitoring,	The equipment is equipped with a thermostat, which can heat the sample. Ensure that the sample temperature is at least 10°C higher than the water temperature. The temperature parameters are limited according to JJF1101. Ensure the temperature uniformity in the experimental chamber.
Drip box location	Located on the top of the inner box, fixed position.

Box material	The inner box is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Water circulation system	The water inlet has a cleaning filter device, and the test dripping water is automatically collected into the water tank through the chassis and can be recycled.
